Common questions
How long is the trial?
Fourteen days. No card required. If you don't continue, your data is exported and deleted within 30 days.
What counts as a seat?
Any account that signs in — foremen, admins, accountants. Clients using the portal do not count and are always free.
Can I add or remove accounts anytime?
Yes. Added accounts are billed immediately, prorated for the rest of the cycle; removals take effect at your next renewal.
What happens when I add an account mid-cycle?
You're charged a prorated amount for the days left in the cycle. After that it's the normal per-seat rate.
What is the base fee for?
The workspace itself — your data, EU hosting, and the platform. Seats are billed on top, one per account.
What currency do you bill in?
EUR. Invoicing and billing are both in EUR.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No — prices shown exclude VAT. Bulgarian VAT applies for BG-registered companies; EU reverse-charge applies cross-border.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU. We use EU-region database hosts and EU-region object storage. No data leaves the EU.
