Common questions
How long is the trial?
Fourteen days. No card required. If you don't continue, your data is exported and deleted within 30 days.
Can I invoice in EUR on the Crew plan?
Yes. Both currencies are on every plan. We don't gate currencies.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What counts as a member?
Anyone who signs in. Clients using the portal do not count. Foremen, admins, and accountants do.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Prices shown are net. Bulgarian VAT applies for BG-registered companies. EU reverse-charge applies otherwise.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU. We use EU-region database hosts and EU-region object storage. No data leaves the EU.
