Our story

We got tired of the spreadsheet.

Across Eastern Europe, small construction businesses run on a tangle of spreadsheets, paper invoices, and group chats. Money slips through the cracks, materials go uncounted, and clients are left guessing where their project stands.

We thought crews deserved better than software built for enterprises a continent away. So we built Buildpakt close to the work — EU-hosted, EUR-first, and quiet enough to stay out of your way on a busy site.

Today Buildpakt brings clients, invoicing, projects, inventory, and a client portal into one place. No bloat, no lock-in. Just the tool we wished we had.
